All orders are processed within 3–7 business days as our products are handmade with care.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or message.
We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines typically range between 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Return and Exchange
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the issue.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
As most of our products are handmade and made-to-order, returns for change of mind, color preference, or size issues are not accepted.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for approved cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
If an exchange is preferred, refunds will not be issued for the same order.
